Join yin yoga teacher, spirtual guide and transpersonal psychologist, Kendra Diaz-Ford for a special pre-holiday series of mid-week yin yoga classes, happening every Wednesday in October and the first 3 Wednesdays in November.
Just in time to prepare your mind, body, and soul for the holidays, these yin yoga classes will be your opportunity for adding that extra dose of peaceful bliss to your weekly schedule.
Classes will be designed to melt away stress, bring your body back to balance, and support healthy habits throughout the holidays.
All levels of experience are welcome.
