Unwind your mind by letting go of stress and tension in the body during this deeply renewing and uplifting four-hour yin yoga mini-retreat. Together the systematic practices of yin yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, and reflection through journaling will slowly bring your mind into a state of stillness.

During this fully experiential workshop you’ll cultivate mind-body awareness, mindfulness, progressively withdraw from the external world as you rewire the brain to enhance your sense of inspiration and freedom. Refreshing essential oils will be diffused and applied throughout the workshop to uplift your spirit and aid in deeper letting go. All levels of experience are welcome.
