Unwind your mind during the Fall by letting go of stress and tension in the body during this deeply renewing and rejuvenating yin yoga mini-retreat. Together the systematic practices of yin yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, and reflection through journaling will slowly bring your mind into a state of stillness. During this fully experiential workshop you’ll cultivate mind-body awareness, mindfulness, progressively withdraw from the external world as you rewire the brain to support letting go habits that no longer serve, leading to physical and energetic release. Detoxifying essential oils will be diffused and applied throughout the workshop to support tension release and aid in deeper letting go. All levels of experience are welcome.
