When we break for lunch, you'll be served a nutritious catered lunch

9:30-10:00 Arrival and Check-in at Retreat center
10:00-12:30 Morning Session: Settling into Radiance ~ Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Intention Setting
12:30-2:00pm Nutritious Catered Lunch and time to walk in nature
2:00-5:00pm Afternoon Session: Releasing deeply into the body ~ Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reflection on Radiance
