Unwind the Mind: Yin Yoga Mini-Retreat for Inspired Intention
Unwind your mind this Winter by revitalizing your body during this yin yoga mini-retreat. Together the systematic practices of yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra for intention setting and aromatherapy will slowly bring your mind into a state of stillness, clarity, and relaxation. During this fully experiential workshop you’ll cultivate mind-body awareness, restore your energy and progressively withdraw from the external world as you rewire the brain to release old habits that no longer serve to cultivate inspired intention, your sankalpa for 2018. Restoring essential oils will be diffused during the workshop to support well-being and inspiration. All levels of experience are welcome.
