Ease into a class appropriate for all bodies that focuses on the fundamental yoga poses. Class may include time for deep relaxation, meditation and/or breathing exercises. This is a perfect class for beginners to yoga and people with injuries or other limitations.


Yin Yoga 

Tuesdays

6:15 - 7:30pm

 

Yin yoga is an integrative, meditative practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body to release energetic patterns and physical blocks, promoting overall wellness, balance and relaxation. Asanas are generally held for several minutes, targeting the connective tissue, bones and joints. Suitable for most levels, yin is a nourishing practice that naturally complements a dynamic yoga practice.


Hatha I-II

Wednesdays

9:30 - 11:00am

Increase your range of motion, concentration and strength through, dynamic breath-based flows, longer-held postures, and some gentle supported inversions.  Variations to challenge or simplify will be offered to tailor the practice to your ability.

Therapeutic Yoga

Fridays

4:30 - 5:45pm

Specifically designed to enhance your capacity to heal. In these specialized classes you will deepen your knowledge through specific postures to find the right alignment for your body. You will learn to practice with a more comprehensive awareness to work through limitations of your specific bone and muscular structure. This class is designed for people who are looking to better understand how their body operates from the inside out, to aide in a safer and healthier yoga practice.
